PROJECT SCOPE
ScafWest were engaged to supply scaffold hoarding protection for work around the OLE (overhead line equipment). This ensured a safe work zone for bridge pier construction.

OVERVIEW
Once engaged, ScafWest had a small timeframe of 1 shift to complete the install. With minimal space for scaffold to be installed, it was an extremely bespoke design and being approved by all engineers involved.
THE CHALLENGES
Given the bespoke project, pre fabrication of as much scaffold as possible to help with timeframes was critical. Internal fabrication of specialist brackets to increase efficiency, design managers input with third party engineers was a process the team had to manage.
THE OUTCOME
We were pleased to ensure that scaffolding was erected to the timeframe and budget as well as a safe work zone created for clients scope to commence.
